I had the same issue with my 2014 Sierra. Except on mine it overlayed all the screens on to one screen. So on mine you would have it on radio, and all the other screens would show up on it. I took it they updated it and all is good now. You may want to have them check your voltage though. If there is a remote package on the system, it will display “Install Now” Or “Start Download.”.
