First of all let me say that I have only had this problem when I park my truck in the driveway, which is uphill, and go out to start it in the morning. I get in the truck, warm up the GPs, and then crank it up. I bought a brand new filter head/filter, still no change. Bought MA rebuild kit. Found a crushed o-ring in the brand new filter head. Replaced all seals, still no change. Bought driver side fuel rail with new sensors, no change. Its an 04.5 sierra 2500HD duramax 6.6 LLY, I got the truck a day ago and it ran and drove great when i met up with the guy and took it on a test drive and i had no problems starting it that day at all that day (although it probably didnt sit long enough to get too cold). And yes the fuel is high pressure from the pump to the injectors at 31000 psi so only way to actually determine if you have pressure is to pull a few glow plugs easy to access once you take the inner finder out on the passenger side then you would ...Buy Bosch LML or LGH Injectors.
